Corporate Offices: what a handyman does
A handyman handles the everyday repairs and installs that keep an office running: drywall patches, door hardware, furniture assembly, wall mounting and cubicle or partition installs. Send photos, the suite number and the hours your space is quiet. Plumbing, electrical and roofing go to licensed contractors, and remodels and structural work are out of scope.

What is not a handyman job
Plumbing, electrical and roofing go to licensed independent contractors. Data cabling, fire alarm and sprinkler work, and HVAC are separate trades. Office build-outs, new walls that change the layout, remodels and structural work are out of scope. Lease, permit and landlord approvals stay with you and your property manager.

What a visit looks like
- You send photos, the suite number and the hours the office is quiet. Ask us to confirm timing, since we do not assume any evening or weekend slot.
- We look at the work on site, say which part is ours and which belongs to a licensed trade, and agree the scope before starting.
- We keep the work area tidy and leave hallways and exits clear.
- If your building asks vendors for paperwork or sign-in steps, tell us up front so we can say whether we can meet them.
Common questions
Can you work outside office hours?
Many offices prefer it. We cannot promise any specific evening or weekend slot. Send the job and the hours the space is empty and we will confirm what is possible.
Will you need building paperwork?
Property managers often ask vendors for a certificate of insurance before work starts, and sometimes a W-9. Those are building rules, not ours. Ask your manager what is required, then tell us so we can say whether we can meet it.
Can you install cubicles or partitions?
We can assemble and place freestanding partitions and cubicle panels. Anything that changes walls, wiring or the layout of the suite is out of scope, and power or data runs go to licensed trades.
How do I request several small jobs at once?
Send a list with a photo of each item, the address and your access hours. Grouping small jobs into one visit is often easier for your staff. We will confirm the scope and tell you if any item belongs to a licensed trade.
