The Building Department requires inspections on all permits. Its application asks for insurance certificates from every contractor, naming the Village, plus plumber, electrician and roofer licenses. Work hours run Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We handle drywall, doors, painting, fixtures, trim, TV mounting and assembly.
