Can you work after hours or on weekends?

Can you do repairs in a retail space without disrupting customers?
We can plan the work around your trading hours and keep the work area tidy. Tell us when the space is quietest and which areas customers use. We will confirm timing with you before any work starts rather than assume a window.
What can you do for a restaurant?
We can handle small repairs such as patching walls, caulking, fixing doors and cabinet hardware, and mounting shelves or signs. Gas lines, hood systems, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical work go to licensed independent contractors. Ask us about a specific job.
Do you work in medical and dental offices?
We can take on light repair and finish work such as wall patching, painting touch-ups, door adjustments and mounting. Work near patients, equipment or sterile areas needs a plan, so tell us the rules for your space when you ask. Medical equipment and building systems are outside our work.
Can you help property managers with multiple units or buildings?
Yes, we can take on repair lists across units, such as drywall patches, caulking, door fixes, paint touch-ups and furniture assembly. Send one list with photos and addresses and we will say what we can take on. Plumbing, electrical and roofing are referred to licensed independent contractors.
Can you turn over a unit between tenants?
We can handle the small-repair part of a turnover, such as filling nail holes, touching up paint, recaulking and fixing doors. Large renovations, flooring replacement and whole-unit repainting may be a different kind of job. Send photos and your timeline and we will say what fits.
How do I request a commercial job?
Text photos to (847) 877-1877 or call. Include the address, what needs fixing, any building access rules, and the hours the space is available. If your building requires specific vendor paperwork, mention it up front so we can tell you whether we can meet it.

We had the front door repainted both inside and out, and the weather stripping replaced. I was happy with their service and feel they were very honest and professional.
